Why are your products any better than others?
There are so many answers to this question that we just can't list them all here, but the short answer is:
Our products are more concentrated, pure, absolutely no toxins and contain extra vitamins. Because of this they are better for you, taste better and actually cost less because less of the product is needed. Compare the ingredients of our products to others and you will see why ours are better.
Are your products safe to take?
Absolutely, not only are they safe but they are a health benifit to all. All of our products are made from natural components. We use them ourselves on a daily basis and wouldn't sell them on this website if we didn't feel they were safe. We have done a lot of research on these products before using them and are 100% pleased with them. Just for your information: If you like to drink diet soda, please notice that it contains ASPARTAME, then do an internet search on aspartame and read as much information as you can about it. I'm sure you will stop drinking diet soda immediatly. Aspartame is in many other products also, so check those labels, please.
Can I get a discount on shipping when combining items on an order?
Yes! Anytime that you add more quantity and or add another product to your order the total cost for shipping will of course go up but the shipping cost per item will go down considerably when compared to ordering just the 1 item by itself. You can experiment with the various shipping amounts by adding products or changing quantities in your shopping cart and then starting the checkout process until you get to the confirm page "before the payment page".
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes we do. Shipping charges calculated in our website store are for the USA and Canada. If you are located in another country we can give you a shipping price quote, use our contact form to send us your ship to address along with the items and quantities you are interested in. We will then email you the price of all the products along with the total for shipping and information on how you can place your order.
Is this a multi-level-marketing scheme?
No. You do not need to join any club to purchase our products. We don't like dealing with other MLM companies and wanted to keep our company as simple as posable for you, our dedicated customers.
Do you offer a return guarantee?
Yes we do. You may return any unopened product for any reason within 30 days, postage paid. Just email us for a return authorization number for the item you would like to return for a full product price refund. We do not charge a restocking fee. When we receive the undamaged item we will refund your account.
Why don't you carry more items?
We don't claim that our products will take care of every ailment but will help with most. We have researched and tried many products but carry only the best, the ones that actually exceed what the product description claims and the ones we feel comfortable using ourselves on a daily basis. If we carried 100 different items we would not be able to make that claim, because no one person would be able to use that many products on a daily basis.
